“Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.” —Albert Einstein
Volohaus just had something very cool happen to us as a company. Quite a few of our clients earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for 2016. Seventeen of them, in fact!
They are recognized as among the fastest growing companies in the country, the “superheroes of the US economy.”
This makes me very proud for them, especially the ones who not long ago were stagnant and unable to solve their growth issues. They all managed to turn things around.
I am also proud that Volohaus was part of that success.
However, I don’t purposefully try to get anyone on any lists or seek other special validation. I think to pursue these things as a priority is foolish. All I try to do is ADD VALUE to the companies and people I work with — and when all the hard work finally pays off, any recognition is just a cherry on top. And the best recognition comes from my customers themselves.
That being said, I wanted to share a few testimonials from a couple of the honorees. The first is from Threadbird, a custom T-shirt printing company. Volohaus started working with them in 2014 when they were bringing in under $4 million annually. They are on-track to double that this year, and now boast big-name clients such as YouTube, Disney, Cisco, and more.
“Threadbird started working with Volohaus when we were under $4 million in revenue, back in 2014. Shaun came to our office in Nashville and helped us formalize our Revenue Machine – from the Plan and the People, to the beginnings of a sustainable, repeatable, measurable sales & marketing Process, and just as importantly, automate it into our existing software Platforms. We could not be happier with our profitable growth, and earning spot #2968 on the Inc. 5000 list was really the icing on the cake. We are scaling so fast – we believe 2016 revenue will jump from just under $6m to $8m. Thank you Volohaus!”
The next one comes from CentrexIT, a managed IT company.
“We hired Shaun Alger/Volohaus for their 6-week Revenue Machine project. They ran the Net Promoter Survey, generating leads and messaging to use in identifying our Ideal Client Avatar. Volohaus then completed the Plan, helped us hire Sales People, then helped us purchase and implement Salesforce, Quosal and Pardot. And we unleashed the Revenue Growth Process. After the project was completed, we contracted with Shaun to be a fractional advisor to our CEO & VP of Sales and act as our Sales Manager – running our new sales meetings.”
“We are proud to earn World Class Customer Service status, Fastest Growing, Best Place to Work and now #2752 on the Inc. 5000 list. We are confident our growth over the next 5 years will be exhilarating and benefit our customers, our team, and our community.”
If you are wondering how we bust companies out of a rut and explode growth, both testimonials above give a clue.
It’s what I call the four Ps:
Plan, People, Process, Platform!
The short video above provides a brief overview, but the gist of it is:
- Develop your plan after auditing the existing scene
- Make sure the right people are on the right seats on the bus to execute the plan
- Formulate a measurable, repeatable, and sustainable sales process and make sure it is adhered to
- Integrate everything into your existing sales platform (or invest in a new one if needed)
There’s a lot of stuff that goes in between — some “secret sauce” stuff that only clients are privy to, but the above forms the backbone to a repeatable methodology I developed that just WORKS and can be applied to any business of any size.
I am excited for the value I have been able to create for companies using my Volohaus platform. If you would like to experience similar results, please call me on my cell any time at (760) 815-4464 to set up a free Revenue Health Assessment.
