How to Achieve Abundance in Your Life and Business in 2022.

Abundance in your life and business is a wonderful thing. It’s wonderful for you, and it’s wonderful for me. The economy hums, business is good, the kids are taken care of. It’s pretty close to perfect when things are abundant — and highly stressful when they aren’t. Look at the shortages and rising prices many are experiencing right now. Even cream cheese is so scarce that Kraft is paying people $20 NOT to make cheesecake!

I like to flip the script on the doom and gloom the news media feeds us. At VoloHaus, we are SO passionately driven to help our owners and leaders prosper even in challenging times like today. Someone called me a bulldog. Another one called me a fighter. They used that in a negative connotation. I see that as positive. I chase that rabbit until it is dead and dinner because I want to help them live an abundant life.

Most of us are taught that success is something that comes with time and hard work. But if that’s all it takes then how come some people are successful in their life and some others aren’t?

The key is to develop a mindset of abundance.

What is an abundance mindset?

If you want to achieve anything in life, then you need to have a mindset to be successful. It doesn’t mean that you must think about your business as being successful all the time. There are natural cycles, a “sales circadian rhythm” if you will, where things speed up and slow down. But the more abundant we feel, the more we will attract things that bring us abundance–even if things seem difficult.

Many of our clients tell us that they’d like to be more productive, but they don’t know how to do it. They’re stuck in a state of inertia, living out of the past and fearful of the future. They need to get their minds and bodies moving again. To make a real difference, they need to start seeing and acting on opportunities to improve themselves and to make what they already have even better.

This mindset is something that you develop by yourself. You just need to work on it daily and after some time you will feel the change.

Some tips:

  • Set some exciting goals. Get past your comfort zone and think big.
  • Build a good team. You can achieve anything in life if you have a good team behind you with a similar mindset.
  • Get a mentor. A mentor (or coach) is someone who will guide you in growth.

Avoid obsessive thoughts

There is a huge difference between being passionate and being obsessive. I have met people who are so “passionate” about their work that they get carried away and become obsessive. They lose sight of the real meaning of life. They are so obsessed that they cannot enjoy the present and forget what they already have. Obsession takes over their entire life. This is not healthy and has nothing to do with a real abundance mindset. They are also pains in the ass as they are never satisfied.

Take stock of your own thoughts. How often do you feel the need to have more? Are you always on the lookout for more money or things? This is scarcity thinking–you are trying to fill a void because you believe you lack something. An abundant mindset is grateful for what we have in the present — and that will attract even better things.

Gratitude is key to an abundant business and life

People are more important than money, and we helped so many people grow this year. That’s always our true goal, and we are grateful to be in a position to do it.

Let’s all decide this for 2022 and beyond:

  • We are grateful for what we have now and what we have experienced in life and business, both good and bad.

However:

  • We must give up what no longer serves us.
  • We must let go of what is old and unhelpful.
  • We must decide that money and time are not limited resources, rather, they are infinite. It takes an abundant mindset coupled with good planning and execution to make this a reality.
